LASER CUTTING DIVISION

Alloy and Inconel cutting machinery

In just more than 20 years, the Laser Cutting Division has been widely developing: the adoprion ofsome of the best state-of-the-art machinery in the world, including a large system equipped with an automatic 407 - station warehouse, has made TECNICA a leading company in laser cutting, in terms of both quality and quantity of pieces manufactured. TECNICA have realized a machinary for the cutting of material as Alloy and Inconel in the different alloys untill thickness of 15 mm.

Workable Materials: All metal materials can be worked with laser cutting; the thickness that can be worked varies in function to the material itself.

Our Laser machines: Our Laser systes are at the leading edge, all of them interfaced with a CAD CAM system, so to meet whatever cutting requirement.

Bending Machines: Thanks to two bending machines recently purchased TECNICA s.r.l. can offer its clientele a complete, high quality service.

Automatic Warehouse STOPA: interfaced with laser systems and bending department. It delivers raw sheet to all the machines and collects the processed one. By this solution production can be implemented since there is no more dead time due to material handling and the department can go on working under stepless cycles in unsupervised shifts. Warehouseble Total Material: 1.250 Tons.
