STRUCTURAL STEEL DIVISION

Fifty years of experience have made TECNICA Structural Industrial Metal Division capable of meeting all the most complicated demands connected to realization of medium-light structural works.

Specialized in the production of cowlings and guards, also thanks to a close relationship with the Laser Cutting Division, TECNICA is able to create extremely complex products with a high technological content for the most wide ranging industrial sectors.

From design and against specific customer requirements, TECNICA guarantees a complete service: from the creation of products, to the finishing processes, from painting.

Roboted welding system

Recently TECNICA has installed a roboted welding cell so to meet the requirements of its most demanding clientele.
This cell is made of an anthopomorphous robot, brand Kawasaki, that guarantees the highest precision of welding paths and a wide processing area up to a 2600 - mm lenght and 750 mm. width and height. The system flexibility fits both to small/mean series and big ones.
